  3. Payment Information: If you purchase our services, we collect necessary payment information, but complete payment card details are securely processed by our payment processing partners.
  4. Wallet Address: If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, we collect your wallet address.

  1. Direct Provision: Information you provide directly when registering, using, or purchasing our services.
  2. Automatic Collection: Information automatically collected through cookies, log files, and other technologies.

Privacy Statement

This project places a high priority on privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. The project does not collect, record, or store any text input by users or any text returned by OpenAI servers in any way. The project does not provide any information about the identity of API callers to OpenAI or any third parties, including but not limited to IP addresses and user agent strings.

Information Sharing​

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  1. Service Providers: Sharing with third-party service providers that help us provide services (e.g., payment processors, cloud service providers, analytics services like Google Analytics).
  2. Compliance Requirements: When required by law or to respond to legitimate requests (e.g., court orders or subpoenas).
  3. Protecting Rights: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights and safety of AIhubMix, our users, or the public.

Our servers and databases are located on the Microsoft Azure cloud service platform in the USA. If you are located outside the USA, please note that your information will be transferred to the USA and processed there. The data protection laws in the USA may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the USA and its processing there.

API Call Content​

  1. User Input: Prompts and query content sent to the large model (LLM) via our API.
  2. Model Output: Responses generated by the large model (LLM).

Special Note on API Call Content​

  • We do not use the content you send via the API to train models.
  • We do not actively review API call content.
  • AI model providers typically temporarily store prompt data or do not store it at all, but if they can collect prompts anonymously, a few providers may offer lower prices. To view the data policies of specific model providers, please visit their model pages.

Your Rights and Choices​

You can update modifiable personal information through the user interface of our platform. If you wish to request the deletion of your account and personal data, please visit your settings page or contact us using the contact information below.

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide, protect, and improve our services. Cookies are small text files stored on your device to remember your preferences and other information. By using our services, you consent to our use of these methods. You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. However, please note that disabling cookies may affect certain features of our website.

Children's Privacy​

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
